Celestial IQ is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. The astrological readings, tarot interpretations, dream analyses, and compatibility assessments offered by the App are not professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Celestial IQ. If you are under 18, you should use the App with parental or guardian awareness.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users through the social connection features. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Content you create (such as dream journal entries) remains yours. By using social features, you grant us permission to display your cosmic username and profile information to connected users.

Celestial IQ offers Cosmic Credits and Premium subscriptions. Purchases made on the iOS app are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms; subscription auto-renewal can be managed through your Apple ID settings, and refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Purchases made on our website (celestialiqapp.com) are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Web subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a web subscription at any time through the customer portal accessible from your account page. Refund requests for web purchases should be sent to support@bigmonkgames.com.

Pricing may differ between the iOS app and the website. All prices are shown in your local currency where supported.

Celestial IQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of astrological calculations, AI-generated interpretations, or any other content. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information provided by the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Monk Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
